Trafford / Hybrid Working Model** This is a role that would be best suited to an experienced Finance Manager who feels that they have reached a ceiling in their current role but still have the desire to continue learning at their own pace and who would benefit from the expertise and knowledgeof a highly experienced Finance Director.

The FD is patient and dedicated to working with you over the next 5 years in plugging any skills gaps that you may have, with the ultimate goal to transfer her workload to you as she plans her retirement and reward you with the promotion to Finance Director.

As Finance Manager in this cash-rich, £27 million turnover engineering business that has a highly stable existence and reputation in the marketplace you will benefit from the support of a 5 strong accounts team that is well established, adheres to structuredand effective controls yet is open to new and fresh ideas that you many bring with you.

In addition to managing and supporting the existing Finance team you may wish to appoint another assistant within 12 months to support your own growth and development plans.
