Key Responsibilities
- Key point of contact for Client
- Coordinate property management and compliance reporting
- Criticality review processes, reports and system to highlight areas for improvement
- Proactively review KPI's (arrears, rent reviews, lease expires, compliances etc.) and help drive improvements in portfolio performance
- Undertake any other duties that may be required commensurate with the skills and experience of the post holder, and accept that these may be on an ad hoc or permanent basis.**
Key Skills - Highly organised with excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent/high Level of MS Excel and Word Skills
- Previous experience/understanding of property management is desirable**
Team Overview
The national service delivery team for this contract is based in six offices located throughout England; you will be working closely with each of these offices but based in Peterborough which is the Savills Rural centre of excellence for central supportservices such as client accounting and the compliance Hub.
