Job Role
Reporting to the Sales and Operations Director, this role will require the management of the company's supply chain.

You will be responsible for the relationship set up and maintenance, from scope of works, pricing frameworks, installation KPIs coveringdelivery within project timelines, contractual compliance, evidence and compliments and complaints resolutions.

You will be an advocate for a positive, professional, open culture and promote and adhere to the company values. You will implement and improveStandard Operating Procedure to ensure predictable performance. Communicating with both internal and external stakeholders daily, this role relies on impeccable communication skills and attention to detail. You will be expected to report to Senior Managerand Director level regularly and have direct control over budgetary requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Resource and maintain required install capacity for multiple projects to ensure delivery.
  • Seek and negotiate best value for company regards buying of materials and supply chain services.
  • Create and implement sub contractor framework agreements.
  • Instigate and attend team meetings to assist with achieving targets set in the company sales, marketing, and capacity plans.
  • Work to agreed KPIs which align with company objectives.
  • Liaise with relevant colleagues to ensure resource, priorities and workflow progress is communicated. Ensure office to office processes in place and establish points of contacts.
  • Create reporting tools and processes to feed live data into project management teams.
  • Maintain an overview of all aspects of suppliers' performance
  • Develop the supply chain to adopt and adhere to the site expectations, culture and approach to business.
  • Liaise with the Senior Operations Manager to onboard new suppliers ensuring all relevant checks and documentation are in place.
  • Be a key part of the Senior Management Team.
  • Be a force for positive change and drive an open, honest, communicative culture.
  • Be fully conversant with business standards and practices and to develop new processes.
  • Any other ad hoc duties, which may be required by the business from time to time.


The Supply Chain Manager will be based at the Head office, in Higham and will work normal office hours Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, however on occasions will be required to work outside these hours and away from the head office.

Staff are required to attendoccasional training courses, conferences and meetings that may necessitate staying away from home overnight.
