Teaching Assistant

TA required at primary schools in and around Cambourne, Cambridgeshire - £90 per day based on experience - Immediate start


Tradewind are proud to be working with a variety of primary schools in and around Cambourne, Cambridgeshire, who are looking for passionate and dedicated teaching assistants to join their schools.


As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the teacher to support the learning and development of the children in your class.

This is a full-time position with the opportunity to start as soon as possible, following successful compliance checks.


Primary Teaching Assistant - KS1 & KS- located in and around Cambourne, Cambridgeshire

Previous experience working with primary school students desirable
**Full time role starting immediately
- £90 per day**
Training and development offered plus potential route into teacher training


In addition to supporting lesson delivery, you will also be responsible for helping to maintain a safe and positive learning environment.

This may include monitoring student behaviour, responding to student needs, and assisting with administrative tasks such as grading papers or recording attendance.

You will work closely with the teacher to develop classroom management strategies that encourage student engagement and facilitate a positive learning experience for all students.


The key requirements for this role are:

  • Degree holder and/or significant experience working with children

  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards working with children
