The expectations of the Executive Management team is that bringing all types of end user technology support together will help the team evolve and help members of the team to widen their horizons and grow professionally.

Helps research and implement new technology in collaboration with the banks Product and Engineering technology partners.
Collaborates effectively with internal technology organizations, external vendors and suppliers and
service providers.
Able to respond, track, resolve and own end to end incidents and requests for the supported clients within the enterprise ticketing system.
Has the ability to manage, coordinate and support any project related work within the team.
Create, own and update any supporting documentation related to policies and procedures set out within the organization.
Operates with the necessary sense of urgency and discretion based on the customer's needs whilst
staying within organizational policies and procedures.
Flexibility in working location will be required for this position to assist with corporate event support. Both domestic and international travel may be required as part of this role.
A minimum of 3 year's experience within a medium to large sized organization supporting a VIP\Executive user base.
A strong background and understanding of core desktop technologies such as Windows 10, Office 16 and 365, Network Routing, Remote Access and Desktop Video Conferencing.
Experience in supporting both smartphones and tablets as well as mobile device operating systems and BYOD personal productivity tools for such devices.
A minimum of 12 months experience within the corporate environment supporting Apple Mac technology such as Catalina OS, JAMF, Packaged Software and Hardware issues as well as cross platform and network related issues.
The Individual must be able to priorities their workload and be able to demonstrate the ability to delegate tasks and work within a team to adjust to the pressures of the environment.

An excellent level of planning and documentation skills are required. These are crucial when creating and/or updating department processes as well as implementing any changes that are proposed.
