Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our team.As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a group of employees and ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively towards achieving our company's goals.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that your team is trained to perform their duties to the best of their abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
- Assign tasks to team members, ensuring that each team member has an appropriate workload.
- Ensure that team members are performing their duties efficiently and effectively, and provide feedback on their performance.
- Train team members to perform their duties to the best of their abilities.
- Ensure that all team members adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor team performance and provide reports to management on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that goals are met and operations run smoothly.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their goals.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends.
Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
