Make a difference to a child everyday
We need enthusiastic, caring, resilient and fun people to come and work with our children and young people with SEN.
We have pupils aged from 7years old to 16 years old and a one year post 16 provision to support young people with independence.
Parkside likes to have fun and support our pupils to live life fully through supporting their learning in communication, self-regulation and independence.
We have a well established career progression route for TAs and successful TA to Apprentice Teacher route for Teacher Training.
- Care about providing the best opportunities for children with SEN
- Be calm and patient, especially when a child is showing dysregulated behaviour.
- be a team player, think on their feet and show initiative
- understand the importance of safeguarding in all aspects of school life
- Be able to physically support pupils when needed (with appropriate training provided).
