MGF are seeking to recruit a Graduate Management Trainee to be based at our Bristol, Avonmouth depot.

In this position you will be trained across several departments within our Operations team and you will be exposed to the different levels and areas of our business.

This process will give you a structured opportunity to explore several disciplines, identify your interests and establish your own specialist knowledge, while gaining a broad understanding and awareness of MGF's underlying key principles, goals and strategy.

This will also allow us to gain a better understanding of you in order to allocate your skill set in the correct area.

You will gain real practical experience from day one, working with our managers, regional depots and operational teams, learning the foundations of our business and further developing your skills.

You will assist in making sure we deliver the very best in customer service.

You will learn about our products, how we deliver strong customer orientated solutions, whilst continually improving quality, efficiency and reducing costs.

Salary
£21,000 - £23,000 depending on skills and experience.

Responsibilities

Your hands on training will include:

Developing a balance of operational, technical, commercial and interpersonal skills
Working alongside experienced professionals developing your knowledge of the Company and giving you a broad understanding of our objectives, operations, and business sector
Becoming familiar with the Company's products and services, including their features and benefits, including Sales training
Gaining knowledge of our competitors' products and services
Spending time working within each department and at various regional depots to gain a good understanding of how each department / depot works and interacts with others
