Description

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately
• Prepare and serve food and beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Follow health and safety guidelines

Experience:

• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
• Ability to sell products and upsell additional items to customers
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
• Time management skills to ensure efficient service and meet customer expectations
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
• Phone etiquette for answering customer inquiries over the phone
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
