Role Profile
Are you a Project Coordinator or a Supply Chain Coordinator, working in a customer facing role?

You will oversee and coordinate multiple client projects to ensure projects are delivered and orders are fulfilled, in time and in full.


Key responsibilities will include:


  • Overseeing multiple customer orders and projects at any one time
  • Acting as the main point of contact for a range of clients, providing excellent customer service
  • Working with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure swift resolution of any supply or logístical issues
  • Ensuring all project documentation is maintained, correct and up to date
  • Tracking project status and reporting on key project deliverables

Skills and Experience

  • Customer facing experience in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record in a project or supply chain coordinator role
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence to influence and negotiate
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced role by multitasking and prioritising work load
