Operations Apprentice


Compassionate Care Group are looking for a forward thinking, customer focused individual to join our Navari team as an Operations Apprentice.


Ideally, this will be your first role in the financial industry, where you will receive on the job training with the opportunity to gain further professional qualifications with a paid for study package to enable your growth and development.


As the Operations Apprentice you will be a key member of the team and will be involved in all aspects of the day-to-day processes, whilst receiving guidance and support from the wider operations team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Training in all areas of the Department
  • New orders processing
  • Customer support
  • Working with the project team to deliver key infrastructure scheme.
  • Building relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Daily administration
  • Desire to learn, develop and grow a career in Operations and project management
  • Ability to take a logical approach to problem solving
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive and approachable attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Minimum C grade in English and Maths
  • 3 A Levels B or above
