My client are an international law firm who are UK leaders in their field.
They are looking for a Legal Administration Assistant to help with ad hoc administration support to PA's, Solicitors and Fee Earners.
As an Administration Assistant your duties will include:
- Answering and directing calls to the relevant team
- Sorting and documenting incoming post
- Adhoc administration duties as requested
- Printing/Binding/Filing/photocopying
- Preparing bundles for solicitors
As an Administration Assistant you will have the following skills:
- Previous Administration experience within a Professional Services environment
- Highly proficient on Microsoft Office
- Ability to work towards deadlines and prioritise workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication
