Full time hours 37.5 hours per week-over 4 or 5 days per week-two weekends per month, paid travel time (£12 p/h), paid mileage (0.45p p/mile), paid care hours, 5.

6 weeks paid annual leave per year pro rata,

Part time-evenings/weekends-paid travel time (£12 p/h), paid mileage (0.45p p/mile), paid care hours, 5.6 weeks paid annual leave per year pro rata

Overtime available on request

To monitor and continually review the health, well being and progress of the people who you care for and support, ensuring that any concerns, changes in the persons condition or environment are recorded and reported to your line manager at the earliest possible opportunity.
