Our client is a prestigious healthcare company, and they are now seeking a Marketing Project Administrator to join their busy team.

You will support the business development team and the Commercial Director. Our client offers hybrid working after 3 months.

Initially you will be in the office 5 days a week, but after 3 months you can work in the office 3 days per week.

Hours of work 9-5.30pm Monday to Friday

Your role as the Marketing Project Administrator will be to:

  • Act as the central point of contact for information, through the management of shared mailboxes for the team.
  • Support System administration of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Sales databases/CRM systems administration to ensure data is maintained, and staff using the system are trained and supported.
  • Support business development team operational activities including coordination of meetings, preparation of agendas, take minutes and chase actions.
  • Support the Marketing & Projects Manager in the tracking of all business development activities.
  • Develop and maintain user guide documentation in line with business requirements and provide regular communications to the team and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate team and project meetings as required by the Marketing & Projects Manager and wider commercial team.
  • Support Business Development Projects as required such as, product/solution development initiatives, business case creation, research projects, etc.
  • Coordinate, document and track progress of open projects, coordinating meetings, and supporting project activities as needed.
  • Maintain action logs for ongoing projects and chase outstanding actions.
  • Carry out research to support insights, product/solution development and aid content creation for the wider team.
  • Support the preparation and coordination of Marketing events as required.
  • Support the Marketing team with content creation and copy editing to contribute to the production of content for the internal intranet, website & social media channels.
