WE Talent are working with an exciting creative organisation in Colchester who are recruiting for a Stock Management Administrator to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the material allocation for the business and the job delivery
  • Raising internal stock production orders
  • Working on the Clarity system ensuring jobs are updated or closed where needed. Also checking over the invoices to ensure they are accurate
  • Looking over delivered and undelivered jobs
  • Supporting the Account Management team
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Ordering stationary
  • Managing the company inbox
  • Cost transfers through the cost analysis module

Requirements:


  • Previous Administration experience


  • IT literate

  • Microsoft Excel experience
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to work well across different teams
