WE Talent are working with an exciting creative organisation in Colchester who are recruiting for a Stock Management Administrator to join their team.

Responsibilities
- Managing the material allocation for the business and the job delivery
- Raising internal stock production orders
- Working on the Clarity system ensuring jobs are updated or closed where needed. Also checking over the invoices to ensure they are accurate
- Looking over delivered and undelivered jobs
- Supporting the Account Management team
- Raising purchase orders
- Ordering stationary
- Managing the company inbox
- Cost transfers through the cost analysis module
Requirements:
- Previous Administration experience
- IT literate
- Microsoft Excel experience
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work well across different teams
