We are representing a caring, forward-thinking company, who are hiring for a Customer Success Executive to join their team.

Ideally, this role is best suited to somebody that has worked within a heavy customer service focused role previously, is a good problem solver and enjoys helping people.

With a flexible working policy, a generous holiday package, good salary and a genuine team spirit, this role won't be around for long.


What you'll be doing

  • Engaging and conducting demos for customers.
  • Regularly catching up with customers and building relationships.
  • Furthering your knowledge and understanding of the company's products.
  • Working closely with the Sales & Marketing teams.

What you'll need to apply

  • Previous experience within a customer focused role.
  • Experience or understanding of the SaaS industry is advantageous.
