For our European Head Office in Telford, we are looking for an attentive Receptionist / Administrator for a fulltime permanent position, working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm, to start as soon possible.

Your Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors warmly, ensuring the visitors sign in whilst distributing, collecting and updates relevant identity badges and records.
- Receiving all incoming post and deliveries, sorting and notify relevant personnel of its arrival.
- Managing and completing Supplier questionnaires and NDA requests via Salesforce with the assistance of internal departments.
- Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
Your qualifications & experience:
- Experience of working in a customer facing environment, competent in resolving customer issues and enquiries.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to interact across departments and with senior stakeholders both external and internal.
- Ability to work successfully in a fast paced, team orientated environment.
- Strong capabilities of using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel as well as CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Some knowledge of nondisclosure agreements and supplier questionnaires would be advantageous.
