Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for Night Cleaning Operative to join our passionate and driven Integrated Solutions team based at our client's site in Southgate Street, Bath


The main purpose of the job is to support and assist the responsible Manager to maintain a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibility would be to maintain the cleanliness of the centre to a very high standard by performing the following duties:

  • Deep Cleaning in the car park, with use of scrubber dryer / Hako (driving license is required)
  • By using the correct equipment for each area/ type of flooring.
  • Sweep, damp mop and wipe down horizontal and vertical surfaces
  • Wipe down all surfaces, equipment and
  • Jet washing and spinning walls, floors, and stubborn areas.
  • Wash or wipe where necessary all walls, pillars, and painted surfaces
  • Wash or wipe where necessary all furniture, fixtures, and fittings
  • Empty and wipe down all internal & external Bins
  • Wipe down and restock cleaning trolleys
  • Mall flooring to include dry mopping, spillages, litter and debris clearing.
  • Clean via dusting, polishing and vacuuming Management suite, control room and staff areas
  • To ensure all work is carried out in a safe, proper and thorough manner taking into account Health and safety legislation, Incentive FM policies and procedures, risk assessments and method statements
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client and staff information.
  • Report anything in need of repair or replacement to the appropriate person
  • Keep your cleaning area and space clean and tidy at all time and your cleaning materials safely stored
  • Be familiar with the required care standards regulations governing your job
  • Maintain polite and good communication with you colleagues, tenants and shoppers at all times
  • Be prepared to receive and undertake further training as required.
  • At all times to follow through any managerial instructions

About You:


  • Experience in a cleaning environment
  • Knowledge of COSHH
  • Experience of working within a fastmoving cleaning environment
  • Organised individual who can demonstrate a record of planning and managing workflows.
  • Able to demonstrate an understanding of highquality service delivery and their impact on this
  • The ability to be agile and flexible to meet the needs and demands of the role
  • Great attention to detail and understanding of what good looks like
  • Must hold a valid UK Driving License
