Do you have a passion for diabetes?


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Registered Nurse Associate to join the Diabetes Specialist Nursing team providing a comprehensive service in all aspects of diabetes care and management.


You will need to be enthusiastic and forward thinking with the ability to work alone without direct supervision and as part of a multi-disciplinary diabetes team.

Once in post you will assist in the provision of the Diabetes Specialist Nursing services, delivering specialist nursing care.

You will also be required to take an active role in delivering education packages to a range of health care professionals.


The post will require an enhanced disclosure check with the Criminal Records Bureau against national and local police records and the Department of Health Protection of; children, young people and vulnerable adults Act List.
