Commercial Heating Gas Service Engineer

Oldbury

Permanent

£30,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)


Our client, a well-established company who are experiencing growth are looking for Commercial Heating Gas Service Engineers to join their team.

The successful Commercial Heating Gas Service Engineers will be field based, covering the Midlands region andwill be part of the on call rota.

- £30,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

  • Monday to Friday with overtime and flexible working expected
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays (raising to 25 days after 3 years' service)

Key Responsibilities

  • Service, reactive maintenance and breakdown of Gas central heating systems in commercial properties
  • Conforming to Gas Safety Installation and Use Regulations
  • Adhering to Health and Safety procedures and all industry regulations
  • Being On Call for one week at a time (about 6 to 7 weeks per year)
  • Complete paperwork
  • Provide guidance and support to any trainee engineers within the company

The Successful Commercial Heating Gas Service Engineer

  • Experience in faultfinding heating systems
  • Must hold current ACS Gas Qualifications domestic and commercial
  • Must be Gas Safe Registered
  • Must hold a current DBS Check (company will provide if not already held)
  • Must hold a Full Driving Licence
  • Be selfmotivated and highly organised
  • Be flexible towards working hours
  • Good attention to detail and customer care
