Prospectus is delighted to be working with a well-known charitable organisation in their search for a Wellbeing Project Officer, to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the wellbeing function.

This is a full-time, 12-month contract based in London (Hybrid)

Supporting the Wellbeing Advisers and Director of HR, the new Wellbeing Project Officer will review specific wellbeing procedures and guidance, promoting these to ensure engagement of key users of these policies.

The post-holder will review the existing webpages and content, updating resources published on the internet and intranet pages, while also managing the wellbeing inbox.

To be successful, you will have proven experience within the wellbeing/HR field, with demonstrable general administration skills. You will have the ability to deal with difficult people and challenging situations, with strong attention to detail. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine interest in wellbeing and impact.
