Position Summary

Magellan Aerospace, Llay Wrexham has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Purchasing Assistant.

Temporary 3 month contract

39 hours per week


Job location:
Llay, Wrexham, LL12 0PB.

Unionised site - works in partnership with Unite the Union.


3 month temporary position based on site in the Wrexham office to support the Direct and Indirect Procurement team primarily focused on resolving problematic invoice queries, working closely with both suppliers and Accounts Payable and reporting root causes to the team for action with additional admin tasks when identified.

Essential Responsibilities

Reviewing weekly Parked Invoice list and generating a KPI to demonstrate progress

Working closely with Procurement team to resolve priority payment queries

Develop and maintain a RCCA register

Support order book amendments

General admin tasks as and when identified

Raising purchase orders

Position Requirements


Experience:

SAP experience is advantageous but not essential
