Description

N Security Ltd are recruiting a number of staff for our contracts in North West Leicestershire ranging from CCTV Operatives and Static Guard to Security Patrols and Event Security.

You will work as part of a team and play a key role to ensure the safety and security of the staff, public and assets.

You may be required to work with other Agencies, such as Police and Community Safety teams so excellent communication skills are an advantage.

• Be highly competent at conflict management and capable of dealing with incidents
• Maintain high standards at all times
• Proactively engage with the public
• Work alongside outside Agencies, taking direction when required
• Be overt, proactive and a visible presence and deterrent
• Have good personal appearance and clean uniform
• Be able to produce incident reports as required
• Hold a valid SIA licence
• Hold a current First Aid certificate
• Have excellent communication skills
• Look smart and professional
• Be reliable and trustworthy
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Hold a full UK driving licence desirable but not essential
