An exciting opportunity to work in Merton's dynamic Public Health team.

As a key part of the Public Health Team, the post holder will lead on the operational commissioning, performance management and development of key public health programmes, specifically around Substance Misuse and Mental Health.

They will develop and maintain key partnerships across the council and with external partners to further influence the substance misuse and metal health agenda, improving outcomes and building on partnership opportunities at sub-regional and at Place level.

The post holder will be expected to work autonomously on a number of strategically important programmes and will have a depth and breadth of knowledge across Substance Misuse and Mental Health.
