We are a privately-owned, NSI and BAFE approved security installation company with over 30 years' experience - based in Hertfordshire.

We are looking for a security salesperson to join our sales team covering both domestic and commercial properties. Predominantly working in Hertfordshire, Middlesex, Surrey and Buckinghamshire.


Key Skills

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, ideally in this sector.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
• Be able to build partnerships with Architects, M and E Contractors and Main Contractors, both by telephone and field sales visits.

Duties & Responsibility

• Attending site surveys to design and plan installation, working on quoting system to create proposals and understanding customer and trade requirements.
• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Work with sales team for new ideas and processes.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within time.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and line manager.
