HR Partner, Scripted TV Production (Part-Time)

Location:
Manchester.

Working pattern:
Part-time, 1 to 2 days/ week (flexible).

Rate of pay:
Up to £350/day

12 month FTC contract with immediate start
Wall to Wall (a Warner Bros. Television Production UK Company) is seeking an experienced Production People Partner to be the day to day point of contact for all Human Resources and Employee Relations matters for a leading scripted production.

You will be responsible for supporting a significant number of production staff and freelancers, enabling a respectful, inclusive, safe and positive work environment, allowing people to thrive and do their best work.
You will be the onset/onsite HR presence for production, responding to and advising on any employee and worker relations issues. You will foster good working relationships with the necessary unions as matters arise whilst having a good awareness of the PACT/Bectu TV Drama Agreement 202
You will provide advice, coaching, counselling, and training to proactively create/maintain an inclusive, respectful and safe work environment with accessibility and mental health and wellbeing needs met for all personnel

Ideally, you will have experience working with freelancers.

Experience in scripted TV production is a major advantage.

CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is required.
