About The Role:

Part time - 30 hours per week

12 month Fixed Term Contract


As a Patient Safety and Experience Officer you will support implementation of the current professional and governance frameworks for homecare providers.

Working with the senior Governance Team to implement a consistent and aligned approach to complaints and incidents, patient safety, and governance.

You will also work with the Clinical Governance and Patient Experience manager to represent the voice of the patient for LPCH, driving daily improvements in patient experience and managing the end to end incident and complaints management system and supporting processes.

You will have the responsibility to manage your own workload, provide regular status updates and work towards specific KPI's and targets.
