Head of Finance | Manchester | £65,000 + benefits

The Opportunity

You'll be joining a thriving, ethical and ambitious non profit group based near Manchester.

Not here, it's an aspirational group with a driven, commercially minded and talented leadership team. You'll be working for a CFO with high morals and integrity coupled with real commerciality.

£30m turnover business with lots of moving parts and complexity that will keep you on your toes and keep you interested.

The role is really broad - managing a team of 8 across finance - full train set of consolidated accounts, budgets, business partnering, forecasting, project management, continuous improvement initiatives.

You need to be fully qual, technically sound and commercially astute, able to lead and mentor.

You're an approachable and diligent finance professional looking to join a business that you can leave each day with a sense of achievement in your belly

You'll love throwing yourself into the business to understand the levers of success.

There's lots of autonomy and the CFO is looking for someone who'll enjoy working with department heads to impact excellence.

A background in practice might be handy but as long as you have solid core technical understanding of controls and can be confident in front of auditors it's all gravy.
