Buying Assistant

Nr Burgess Hill - no access by public transport

£25,000 - £30,000 - depending on commercial purchasing experience

FT Monday to Friday

As a buying assistant you will be purchasing all manner of items of behalf of the company.

The Buying Assistant joins the busy and vibrant office purchasing team with Hunters' client, a privately owned, dynamic and innovative aircraft support specialist.


Buying -duties

  • Purchase inventory for stock and customer requirements
  • Ensure time responses in sourcing and purchasing aircraft components to maintain optimum inventory levels
  • Purchase non stock items and commercial buys
  • Evaluate potential suppliers

Buying - the fit

  • Experience with buying or negotiation or inventory or technical admin
  • Analytical; strong problemsolving skills
  • IT competence, especially Excel
