We currently have a part-time vacancy for a General Clinical Administrator post, working 26 hours per week, within Hepatology and Gastroenterology Department based cross site, over NUH QMC and City Campuses.


We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-motivated staff member who would like the opportunity to work in a fast paced positive developing environment.


The applicant should have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner and good customer care skills.

The post holder should also be able to prioritise and work well as a member of a team, use your own initiative, maintaining accuracy with both verbal and written communication.

Essential criteria

  • 5 GCSE's including English and Maths
Experience

Essential criteria

  • Previous experience in an office environment
  • Understanding of the importance of confidentiality
  • Typing or word processing experience

  • Communicating and Working within a team.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with others

Salary:
The quoted salary will be on a pro rata basis for part time workers.

NUH will scan your ID and right to work documentation in to the Trust ID system at your face to face ID appointment.

The system will run a check against the key security features within your documentation.

The system will provide us with an outcome of your check which will be stored securely on your personal file along with all other pre-employment check documentation.
