Regional Sales Manager (Management of Field Sales team + Key Accounts)
West Midlands and South West

Are you the right fit for the role?
You should be a dynamic leader.
Someone who has experience managing field sales people that sell B2B with a strong track record of performance improvement.
You should also be experienced in managing and developing key accounts to maximize there potential.

As for the productsthey are reasonably open and will consider anyone that has sold a design led branded product within Construction, Commercial or Residential Interiors, Kitchens, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Tiles, Facades or something similar.

You should be the type of person who leads by example, who employs modern management techniques and methodologies and be someone who knows how to think around problems, find the positives in any situation and always strives to get the best performance fromyour team.

They are after solution providers.

A person who understands the businesses they deal with and looks at ways of selling that are to the benefit of both parties, creating mutually beneficial relationships and generating loyalty from the Architects, Designers,Contractors, House Builders, Developers, Retailers and partners who you form part of the Supply Chain for.

The person who gets this role should have the potential to progress within the Company in time, so you need to be ambitious and have that extra spark about you that makes you stand out as exceptional

You must have a high level of IT skills, specifically experience of utilising a CRM system to its fullest and with MS Office programmes.

Strong Administrative skills and exceptional Communication Skill both Verbal and Written are also essential.

The role is leading and managing a team of field sales and internal staff; including managing key accounts alongside the field sales team and having full P&L responsibility for your region.

You will be managing, motivating and supporting the field sales team in identifying and evaluating business opportunities.

You should have some marketing nous and be able to define strategies, priorities and frameworks (commercial, promotional activity, marketing, management, reporting, etc.).

The role covers the West Midlands, the South West of England and South Wales.

Does the package meet your requirements?

Basic salary is £60-65,000 and there is a bonus on top, which will give an OTE of an extra £16-20,000+ on top of the basic in year 1, this is not capped at this amount; plus they provide an associated package including Company Car, Mobile, Laptop, iPad, Pension,etc.
