Mbf recruitment are working with a prestigious Wealth Management institution who are seeking to recruit an Investment Administrator.

Our client is one of the most successful Investment Management organisations in the UK, they work at the very top end of the industry and have an excellent reputation.

Working out of their busy Bristol office, you will work within a friendly & professional team that provide holistic Wealth Management services to HNW & UHNW clients.

In this role you will be a first point of contact for clients, you will also be a vital part of the team providing support to the companies Investment Managers

Duties include:

Act as a main point of contact between clients & the investment management team
Ensure efficient and timely administration is delivered at all times
Onboarding and transfer processes; processing client payments and account amendments; supporting quarterly portfolio valuation processes & endtoend management of account opening.
Maintain internal systems with a high level of accuracy

The client is looking to recruit a professional individual who has a genuine interest in investments.

You should have previous expereince within a similar position and any market exams would be an advantage (although not a necessity).

Graduates that have some professional experience and a relevant degree will also be considered.

My client is offering an excellent basic salary to £35,000 + bonus and company benefits. They also offer full support for market exams and opportunities to progress within the business.
