Description
The main role is to support our sales team with administration ,close interaction with customers and other employees.

Preparing customer quotations for projects & tenders.

Updating Weekly sales reporting via excel

Occasional Liaising with suppliers / manufacturers, re-pricing and sourcing.


Must have previous experience in an administrative role, pay great attention to detail, possess excellent IT skills, including word and excel, excellent communication skills.

Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4.30pm. This position is office based in Torry Aberdeen, with weekly online teams meetings.
