Senior Geo-Environmental Engineer/Consultant
Atlas Recruitment Group are recruiting for a Senior Geo-Environmental Consultant on behalf of our prestigious defence client. My clients programme team is responsible for project management, supervision, and delivery of remediated land. The role will seeyou working on the UK's largest brownfield regeneration project

What you'll be doing as a Senior Geo-Environmental Consultant:

Project Management and supervision of site characterisation and conceptualisation of potentially contaminated land
Supervising and scheduling of soil and water analysis,
Designing, programming and implementing cost control of chemical/geotechnical site investigations and remediation verification
Being the technical author and reviewer for proposals,
Undertaking detailed Quantitative Risk Assessments
Site supervision and management of remediation and earthworks contractors
Negotiating and obtaining necessary approvals

Your skills and experiences as a Senior Geo-Environmental Consultant:

Experience of site supervision of contractors and site work including soil/water sampling collection/logging, data handling, manipulation and screening
Technical report writing / DQRA / Liaison with regulators
Some level of experience working on or withArcView GiS, Holebase SI, Surfer
