Join a leading BTR management company as a General Manager, where you will lead and oversee multiple onsite teams to provide exceptional service to residents and the client.

You will play a critical role in driving efficiency and profitability while maintaininga market-leading resident experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee operations and performance of your assets
Ensure smooth running of assets and compliance with H&S requirements
Lead sustainability and customer experience initiatives
Mentor and develop staff members
Provide market insight to the Leasing Portfolio Manager and client
Control costs and analyze expenditure for cost savings opportunities
Manage building checks, contracts and maintenance issues
Ensure excellent customer service through communication and event

Requirements:

Strong customer service background and team management experience
Knowledge of H&S compliance and complex building matters
Positive, organized, and tenacious with a commonsense approach
Outgoing, warm and friendly personality with excellent written and spoken etiquette
Strong financial management skills
ARLA and IOSH certifications are desirable
