Concession Manager - Luxury Womenswear Brand

SALARY UP TO £36K + EXCELLENT BONUS/BENEFITS

THE COMPANY:


  • A well know luxury womesnwear brand with a huge following in the UK and Internationally.

THE CANDIDATE:

  • Must have experience managing womenswear in the past, minimum of 2 years Concession or Store Management experience, ideally at Depertment Manager level or above
  • Strong people management and communication skills, and a solid networker to confidently deal with local demographic
  • Able to work autonomously due to the location of the store and head office
  • Proactive with a hands on approach and a can do attitude
  • Sales and service driven personality in order to grow and develop the businessa and client base
  • KPI driven and able to share best practice with the team

THE PACKAGE:


  • Basic salary up to 36,000 euro per annum
  • Attractive bonus scheme and company benefits such as Monthly Management bunus, uniform allowance and pension shceme.
