Your day-to-day responsibilities include:


  • You ensure all implementation and execution of Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes and strategy
  • You lead the local SOP process and provide the supply plan
  • You participate in relevant committees: Product Management, Sales and forecasting, Customer Services, Finance
  • You act as interface to management and Logistics operations, as well as to maintenance partners and internal and external customers
  • You analyze supply and repair needs
  • You monitor supplier performance: delivery and repair turnaround
  • You provide recommendations on quality improvement of terminals as a follow up on IQC at the logistics centers
  • You administer the inventory management system (through

SAP:
check systems for back orders, new orders, deliveries of incoming goods, etc.)

  • You plan inventory replenishments
  • You evaluate strategies to improve the integration and automation in relation to inventory management

Signs of success

  • Supply and Inventory management of the centrally held inventory, both for new and used items.
  • Continuous improvement of the information flow between the different parties involved in Inventory management: Logistics, Finance, Product management, sales, Repair & OEM suppliers.
  • As an integral part of the Supply Chain team, you will contribute to the continuous improvement process involving logistics and inventory management
  • Produce Weekly/Monthly KPIs
  • Managing the production plan short and medium term, assessing capacity, and producing an optimal plan.

Skills we can't do without:


  • You are able to perform detailed data analyses
  • You have excellent planning skills
  • You are an outstanding communicator, both in writing and speaking
  • You have full mastery of Microsoft Office suite (Excel/Word)
  • You are systems literate (Web/SAP)

Skills we'd like:


  • You are flexible, an independent problemsolver, and customerfriendly
  • You have at least 5 years' experience as S&OP Leader/Planner/Scheduler
  • You hold a Diploma or Degree, preferably in logistics, statistics, or management engineering
