As an Accounts & Business Advisory Manager, you will:
Managing a portfolio of clients with varying assignments, which includes:

  • Determining resource requirements and ensuring that the team has the relevant experience and skills required
  • Liaise with clients to establish workable timeframes, meeting deadlines for accounts and tax as well as those imposed by the client
  • Act as the key point of contact or clients
  • Monitor the team's progress against budgets
  • Ensure appropriate liaison takes place with all departments
  • Review work completed by junior members, provide relevant feedback and be proactive in identifying training needs
  • Participate in the recruitment process for specialist hires or graduate recruits and lead first stage interviews, making recommendations to the Directors and Partners
  • Manage the team's appraisal process and ensure appropriate objectives and development plans are in place for junior members of the team
  • Perform the firm's review and completion procedures, attend final meetings and ensure the client subsequently receives the final accounts, management letter and adjustment to opening balances on a timely basis

As an Accounts & Business Advisory Manager, you will need:

  • ACA/ACCA fully qualified
  • Previous experience managing a portfolio of clients
