Trade Floor Support AnalystAdvantage Resourcing are now searching for a Trade Floor Support Analyst to join a Hedge Fund based in West London.
This is an initial 6-month contract inside IR35 with the role becoming permanent thereafter.

Key Responsibilities as Trade Floor Support Analyst

  • Investigating, diagnosing and resolving low impact problems within service level agreement
  • Providing advice to users on systems, products and services,
  • Responding to calls and enquiries from users, specialists across 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support for systems
  • Demonstrating, installing and commissioning desktop systems and their routine upgrades
  • Providing information on updates, known errors, changes in availability, new facilities etc
  • Carrying out routine tasks associated with operating and controlling the installed hardware and software within the department
  • Providing an effective interface between users and external commercial suppliers where applicable.
  • Documenting incidents, progress checking and ensuring all diagnostic information is provided for error resolution and incident analysis.
