At London Hair and Cosmetic Surgical Centre located in Edgware HA8 7EQ, are looking at increasing our existing patient care team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing and productive clinic within one of the UK's leading Cosmetic Surgery providers.

We are looking for a confident, self-motivated person who has the ability to work individually alongside a very determined team.

The Patient Coordinator is targeted against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) specific to surgeon clinic attendance, patient outcomes, patient commitment rates, and overall satisfaction.

Salary is £23,000 pa based on part-time hours and the potential to increase KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answering queries and providing support throughout their journey.
• Gaining commitment and managing patient expectations.
• Strong communication skills.
• Tight management of each step of the Patient's journey at LHCSC.
• Strict and accurate administrative responsibilities.
• Effective utilization of surgeon consulting time through accurate matching and suitability assessment.
• Disciplined booking system management.
• Working towards deadlines. Achieving targets. The role is hybrid, with a requirement to be within our London Clinic for surgeon days as well as the ability to work from home, as per the business needs. The role is parttime (30hrs) working 5 days over a 7day week.

Ability to work various shift patterns covering opening hours of 9:30 am to 6 pm. It could include weekends and bank holidays.


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Excellent customer and communication service skills.
• Experience in dealing with a high volume of customer interactions daily
• Experience in managing surgicalrelated questions training would be provided
• Experience working with Pabu is preferable
• Administrative experience
• Proactive with problemsolving
