ABOUT US

We have opportunities for a Site Surveyor to join our Smartspace businesses in either Leatherhead or Luton, to take responsibility for the development and implementation of all pre and post contract strategies, commercial functions, and contract reporting on delegated projects and/ or works packages.

ABOUT YOU

You will already have some relevant work experience as a site surveyor with strong commercial skills to maximise value recovery, cost control and cash management, and the ability to use / understand financial reports and final accounts.

You will be a confident communicator, able to demonstrate the ability to form and develop relationships with client, PQS, design team and supply chain.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Main Accountabilities include:

Ensure the commercial function within the business unit effectively supports the operational teams in the implementation of H&S policies
Regularly review, provide guidance and challenge on strategic project and business unit objectives
Ensure the delivery of highquality commercial reports to the client on time
Issue of tender enquiries and package reconciliation
Regular review of group CR policies and ensure project teams are updated
Agree external valuations/ cash flow to maximise project value
Produce main and subcontract final accounts with Commercial Manager
