Global Financial Services Firm is hiring for a Metadata Consultant / Specialist for their team based in the City.

This is a permanent role and requires an individual with experience in Metadata from installation through to operation, toolset selection and implementation, dealing with stakeholders, on-shore and off-shore teams.

Salary on offer is between £60K - £85K + Bonus + Full Benefits. This is a fully-remote role.

The Metadata Consultant is the SME on metadata management toolsets (e.g.

Collibra, Informatica Suite, Erwin DI, Alation, Ataccama) and is responsible for supporting the sales of toolset implementations, advising clients on the need, use and maintenance of metadata tools, bringing use of toolsets to life through demonstrations, supporting Data Governance projects in the area of metadata tool selection / implementation / population and managing / liaising with my client's implementation / support teams provisioning Metadata as a Service (MaaS) to clients acting as a bridge between client and our offshore team.

Key Responsibilities include:

Design and implement the strategic capability for Metadata management
Dealing with key stakeholder relationships and engaging senior teams to enhance

their Metadata Management

Driving my client's Metadata capability to accelerate towards a datadriven culture
Experience in deploying industry leading metadata and data tools

Skills and Experience:

Solid experience in Collibra and/or Informatica and/or ERWIN
Strong Data Catalog experience
Consulting experience preferred with proven experience in engaging and influencing a

range of stakeholders to communicate and explain the value of Metadata Management

Deep knowledge for Metadata and be a specialist in designing and implementing an enterprisewide Metadata Management capability.
