Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver sports and fitness coaching sessions to individuals or groups
• Promote AIM Education to educational establishments
• Recruit schools for AIM Education
• Teach and educate participants on the rules, techniques, and strategies of sports, fitness and wellbeing
• Provide guidance and support to help athletes improve their skills and performance
• Develop training programs and practice schedules
• Motivate and inspire children to reach their full potential
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of pupils
• Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
• Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and other coaches

Experience:

• Previous experience in sports coaching or playing the sport at a competitive level
• Strong knowledge of the rules, techniques, and strategies of sports, fitness and wellbeing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire children
• Patience and understanding when working with individuals of different skill levels
• Organizational skills to plan training sessions and manage schedules
