Administrative Assistant Job brief
We are looking for a responsible Bookkeeper to undertake all of the book keeping within the company.


Bookkeeper Job Duties:


  • Create and reconcile the expense reports
  • Invoicing
  • Chasing payments
  • Being able to account using sage
  • Accounts reconciliation
  • Provide profit and loss accounts once a month
  • Cash flow reports
  • Credit control
  • Processing and reconciling VAT returns
  • Providing reports and analysis for the team
  • Researching and keeping accounting systems updated and actioning any new systems and processes that will benefit the team
  • Managing & processing all supplier payments
  • Managing expense payments

Bookkeeper Skills and Qualifications:


Essential:

Understanding of office management systems, Bookkeeping experience, Experience with Sage 50 online, Strong time management skills, Ability to multitask important, Problem-solving skills, Strong organisational skills, Excellent written communication skills and verbal communication skills, Strong attention to detail, Professional and friendly demeanour, at least one year administrative experience.


Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 16 per week


Salary:
£11.00-£12.00 per hour
