Administrative Assistant Job brief
We are looking for a responsible Bookkeeper to undertake all of the book keeping within the company.
Bookkeeper Job Duties:
- Create and reconcile the expense reports
- Invoicing
- Chasing payments
- Being able to account using sage
- Accounts reconciliation
- Provide profit and loss accounts once a month
- Cash flow reports
- Credit control
- Processing and reconciling VAT returns
- Providing reports and analysis for the team
- Researching and keeping accounting systems updated and actioning any new systems and processes that will benefit the team
- Managing & processing all supplier payments
- Managing expense payments
Bookkeeper Skills and Qualifications:
Essential:
Understanding of office management systems, Bookkeeping experience, Experience with Sage 50 online, Strong time management skills, Ability to multitask important, Problem-solving skills, Strong organisational skills, Excellent written communication skills and verbal communication skills, Strong attention to detail, Professional and friendly demeanour, at least one year administrative experience.
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary:
£11.00-£12.00 per hour
