    Area Relief Officer We have a great opportunity to work as a Area Relief Officer for a leading global security and outsourcing group, specialising in outsourcing of business processes in sectors where security and safety risks are considered a strategic threat.

    Staffline is recruiting for a Area Relief Officer to work in the Wokingham area.

    You will be mainly working on a high profile security site, in Wokingham but you will also have the opportunity to work at numerous other G4S sites in the area.

    The site is well known within the area, needing Security Officers to help secure the site, conduct patrols and to be there to respond to anything that occurs on site For this role, we are looking for you to have experience in security, for over 6 months.


    Contract Information Pay Rate:
    £13.50 per hourHours per week: 42 hours a week (on average) and you must be fully flexible to work any day of the week Monday-Sunday and must be able to work days and nights

    SIA Licenses:

    Door Supervisor or Security GuardingPlease be aware that this position will require a SC Clearance, so you will be asked questions in regards to this in a telephone interview to ensure you meet the requirements.

    We are looking for people who currently hold a SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding license. You must also have a Full UK Driving license and your own vehicle.

    Responsibilities Meet and greeting staff and visitors and ensuring they adhere to the required security protocolsConducting searches where requiredPatrolling the premisesDealing with security incidentsIncident report writingGatehouse DutiesReception DutiesRequirements Have experience in security, for 6 months or overTo hold a valid Door Supervisor or Security Guarding LicenseBe a great communicator, verbally and writtenTo have great customer service skillsKnowledgeable of Microsoft Office platformsIf successful, you must be happy to attend an 8 week induction training which will be Monday to Friday, in Stratford.

    Due to the nature of the site, you cannot work on site until this has been completed.
