Tradewind are looking for those who want to
make a difference in primary education.


We have several opportunities to work as a Teaching Assistant in our primary schools around Bolton, both full and part-time.

Our schools are situated across the borough, in areas such as Horwich, Little Lever and Farnworth.

You will be supporting children during the most important developmental stages of their lives.

Working in partnership with the class teacher and other education professionals, you could be raising attainment in Maths and English, or supporting those withadditional needs.


Working through the agency, you can work temporarily, supporting different schools, or secure a full-time, long-term position that could end up with you transitioning onto a school contract.

Hours: 8:30AM - 3:30PM


Pay:
£70 - £80 a day, depending on the role

As a Primary Teaching Assistant your duties can include:

  • Working with the whole class, and in small groups to boost knowledge and grades
  • Supporting and managing a pupil with special educational needs, usually on a 1:1 basis
  • Taking responsibility for the safeguarding of the young people in your care
  • Supporting the school team to provide a stimulating, safe and nurturing environment for students to learn

To be successful in the role of Primary Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Have experience working with children
