We are seeking a Resource Co-Ordinator to join our Operations team to work from our CQC Registered location in Bolton.

This role is about building relationships with our casual workforce, requiring organisational skills and a large amount of communication by telephone.


Responsibilities:


  • To input event requirements onto our inhouse staffing portal with attention to detail, ensuring any amendments are actioned accordingly within time constraints.
  • To build a rapport with the Clinical Delivery staff to ensure all events are resourced to 100% using various forms of communication.
  • To keep your Line Manager abreast of any issues or shortages within the relevant time constraints.
  • To resource and manage the Ambulance requirements, whilst ensuring the tracker board is kept up to date as well as correctly staffed within the standing operating procedure in partnership with the Event Delivery Facilitator.
  • To build a rapport with our customers to ensure good communications on their requirements.
  • To provide administrative support to other departments, when necessary, as being part of a team.
  • To provide administrative duties, which includes dealing with strictly private and confidential documentation/information, and providing relevant reports in relation to patient feedback.
  • Any other duties as deemed necessary.

Requirements:


  • Must be able to keep calm under pressure.
  • Flexible in approach to working hours.
  • Experience of dealing with sensitive information.
  • Ability to work alone and manage own workload.
  • Ability to use own initiative and back themselves.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and not be too precious in diversifying (wearing different hats).
  • Have the ability to ensure attention to detail.
  • Good at communicating at all levels and not afraid to question.
Salary is £24,000 to £26,000 dependent on experience.
