Customers can choose between different sizes, materials as well as various customizations and effects. We are excited to launch our newest shop in Chester - the first in the UK

We are looking for a fun, outgoing, confident individual to come on board and help us share the wonders of Eyemazy

As a part time customer advisor, you will guide our customers through the Eyemazy journey, and help them pick what is right for them and their home

This role is to work 2 full days - Saturdays and Sundays 10-5 both days.


JOB TITLE- Customer Advisor
RETAIL JOB PURPOSE- Facilitating the sale of products or services in an Eyemazy retail shop. Stocking, organizing, presenting, marketing, and selling goods to our customers in the store and over the phone.


RETAIL JOB DUTIES

• Taking photos of customers eyes using the dedicated Eyemazy equipment
• On site editing and printing (knowledge will be gained during a dedicated training)
• Processing of online orders using the Eyemazy system
• Opening the store at the beginning of operating hours and closing it at the end of operating hours
• Identifying products for customers and making sure they found what they were looking for
• Operating a POS terminal
• Cleaning and maintaining the store & monitoring inventory
• Deferring to store management when a customer issue proves too difficult to handle alone
• Following all Eyemazy related SOPs
• Engaging in appropriate behaviour at all times, representing the business in a positive light
• Completing tasks as delegated by a superior

RETAIL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Friendly & communicative character
• Team Player
• Attention for details
• Quick in comprehension of new technologies / workflows
• Image editing (photoshop) and photography experience are beneficial
• Experience in sales and dealing with customers
• Confident with all platforms of social media we create ALOT of content
• Cashier/POS Experience
• Punctuality and a sense of order
• Independent & reliable way of working
• Great English speaking / understanding skills (other foreign languages are an advantage)
