Your responsibilities:


  • MARI Timesheet entry (Take data recorded on Excel spreadsheets and enter in MARI/SAP1 system for the service unit
  • Raising of Purchase orders
  • Hotel / Hire / Flight Booking
  • Tool Hire company order placement
  • Organising Overhaul cleaning companies and service to clean overhauls
  • Assisting with expense submissions
  • General Assistance for project managers / service managers in allowing them to carry out their days to day activities
  • Small quotation preparation
  • Assisting with finding new service centre and administration in its running
  • Updating and managing H&S and quality system records for example training records, RAMS Templates, ITP's
  • Assist with Marketing activities, for example User group seminars, Marketing material distribution
  • Assist with the Management of Call out system
  • Being one of the primary key holders of new building
  • Administration of new building including the supporting companies/services associated with its running

Methodological competence

  • Experience in Time Management and Purchase order methods
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Good knowledge of all other MS Office programs
  • Good language skills in English, German is an advantage
  • Knowledge of MARI / SAP1 is an advantage
  • Knowledge of PIRS is an advantage
