We are looking for a Customer Care Representative to join us in our journey and assist us in providing the best customer service possible.

The position is part time, 6 months contract.

Your Role:

Supports the CC teams based in Stockport and the sales teams in achieving their goals within set guidelines.

Connects and liaises daily with departments involved in the order to cash process to ensure the best possible outcome for our customers.

It is a challenging role in a busy office.

The representative is given an area of customers and works closely with the area manager to ensure the customers receive the flexible and personal service they have come to expect from us.

Your Tasks:

• Answering incoming calls, making outbound calls,
• Upselling, dealing with queries,
• Monitoring customer channels,
• Investigating and correcting invoice irregularities and general administration.
• Accuracy & attention to detail required as we handle a large number of orders a day

Who are you

• Minimal 23 years of experience in a comparable position is required.
• Need to have international, commercial, logístical as well as pioneering skills.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and creative teamoriented person.
• Need to have an eye for detail, good communicator, wellorganized.
• English is a prerequisite.
• Needs to be PC literate, experience with Windows is a prerequisite.

Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 12 months


Pay:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
